Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand emergencies happen. You may reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment by informing us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot via WhatsApp (+44 74484 34317).

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the time, individual birth chart calculation, and spiritual effort invested in each reading, completed consultations and rendered ritual services are strictly non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted or cannot occur due to a technical failure from our side, an immediate free reschedule or full refund will be granted.
